Deaf Learners' academic progression

24 August 2009

It's good to be able to access data and statements on behalf of Deaf Pupils from the NDCS website. Would like to see, when school data of Deaf pupils are firmly established and regularly available, to see more accurate data on 14 - 19 years old Education, & up to 25 years old, covering post-16 Education. Will look forward to increased facts and better fact-collection as soon as it is possible. It helps us to plan for consistent support, staffing and standards in colleges, etc., for our Deaf Learners in the UK. This is to be on par with their hearing peers, no matter how old one would be when he/she finally achieve required qualifications. Penny (BATOD & NATED member as well)
