Evidence and Evaluation Manager
Circa £30,000 per annum, 35 hours per week, permanent, London

The National Deaf Children’s Society is the leading charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for deaf children and young people.
We’re looking for someone with excellent analytical and research skills to play a pivotal role in understanding and maximising the impact of our work for deaf children and young people.
Leading on the measurement of our new 2017-22 strategy you will shape our approach to evaluation across the organisation, working with staff at all levels and across all our activities to create a strong culture of evaluation and learning.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Governance and Planning, the Evidence and Evaluation Manager is a key part of the governance and planning team with the opportunity to shape our evidence, planning, evaluation and reporting systems.
In addition to analytical and research skills, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of evaluation methods, effective communication skills, and a track record of good project management.
