Job description

The National Deaf Children’s Society is the leading charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for deaf children and young people.

Have you got the skills to provide our busy Relationship and Partnership Fundraising team with excellent customer service, supporter care and administrative support? We are looking for a professional and friendly administrator with excellent database skills who can multi-task effectively. To be successful within this role you will be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

You will be highly organised with experience of working in an office environment and providing a high level of customer care. You will be principally helping to support our challenge event participants and therefore good communication skills, exceptional administrative and organisational skills as well as high quality attention to detail are essential.

The role will also provide administrative support to both our community, major donor and corporate fundraisers and be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records.
