Andy Fancy’s son Charlie is deaf and wears a bone anchored hearing aid. Andy is Business Unit Director with Wates Group, one of the largest UK building and construction companies.
NCDS has been a wonderful source of encouragement and support during Charlie's early years. I am proud to be a small part of NDCS which truly places deaf children and their families at the heart of everything the charity does.
Andy works with business teams across the UK to ensure that customer needs are understood, and that Wates develops products and services to meet these needs. Andy has been a volunteer and fundraiser with several organisations in the UK and overseas, latterly as a committee member with the friends of his parish church.
