Director of Finance and Administration

Jane Foreman qualified as a chartered accountant with Touche Ross before moving to the charity sector.

She holds the Institute's Diploma in Charity Accounting and is a member of the Charity and Voluntary Sector Special Interest Group, and the Information Technology and Finance and Management faculties.

Prior to joining NDCS in 1999, Jane worked at Jewish Care for seven years as Deputy Director of Finance.

Jane has been Deputy CEO since 2006 and is Company Secretary. She manages the Finance, Human Resources and IT teams as well as having responsibility for insurance, investments, financial planning and, in addition, the facilities operation in London.
