Executive directors

There are five executive directors of NDCS, who, with the Chief Executive, form the senior team, which advises the Trustee Board on strategy and policy, and makes key operational decisions for the charity in order to implement both.

Each executive director provides leadership for his or her division, in line with the values of the charity, and directs the operations of the division. Each director is accountable to the Chief Executive for effective management and administration in their area.
