    Our Regional Directors influence key decision makers in local authorities and health services to ensure education, health, social care and other public services meet the needs of deaf children.

    There are five executive directors of NDCS, who, with the Chief Executive, form the senior team, which advises the Trustee Board on strategy and policy, and makes key operational decisions for the charity in order to implement both.
