Hi All, I'm currently writing the application for renewing my daughter's DLA.
My daughter is moderately deaf in both ears and wears hearing aids. If anyone has a successful renewal application, I would most appreciate a copy emailed to me at bungi2002ukuk@yahoo.co.uk.
Of course take out the name of your child before sending to me.
I'm happy to email mine over once I've submitted it in July 2017.
