Family Weekend volunteers

As part of the All Together project, we are developing a team of volunteers to support our Family Weekends.

These weekends provide families with the opportunity to share experiences and information in a relaxed and stress-free environment. We're looking for volunteers to take on the roles of meeting families, facilitating discussion groups and presenting their experiences.

Volunteers

We are currently looking for grandparents, fathers and siblings aged 18 and over to support visitors at our Family Weekends by volunteering in the following sessions:

  1. Diagnosis - sharing experiences
  2. Parent group work
  3. A deaf child in the family
