We can also give advice and information to professionals working with deaf children.
The Helpline will close for Christmas and New Year from 12 noon on Friday 22nd December 2017. It will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
Our regular opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
The Helpline will be closed for team meetings from 1-5pm the first Wednesday of each month.
The Helpline is closed on all Bank Holidays observed in England.

PLEASE NOTE: Calls to the NDCS Helpline may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes. In addition the NDCS Helpline reserves the right not to speak to service-users who are calling whilst driving (including calls from ‘hands free’ devices), in accordance with guidance provided by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.
Where needed we can provide specialist support including home visits from our UK wide team of Children and Families Support Officers. This is a free service to support children and families.
