Here are some organisations that provide information and services for young deaf people.
General
Deaf and Creative is a website for young deaf people who have finished or nearly finished school or college. There is information about jobs, money, careers and employment. There are useful case studies by young deaf people who have been through college or university. and tips on interview techniques and job hunting. There is also a list of job vacancies for people looking for work related to art, design, media and communication.
Queen Elizabeth's Foundation enables and supports disabled people to increase independence and improve life skills. Amongst the resources on the website is a Driving for the Deaf Information Pack.
Support4Learning is an independent and impartial free source of information for students and other learners. There is information on careers, community, counselling, education, jobsearches and money,
TheSite has information, advice, and discussion boards. There is information on student life, travel, relationships, careers, money, housing, sex, health, legal, work and volunteering.
The Citizen's Advice Bureau offers advice on employment, benefits, immigration, legal advice, health and community. There are also local branches.
You're Able has information and services for disabled people. The site covers education, work, travel, health and equipment.
DfES Young People's Gateway has information on education, careers, advice, help and the community, citizenship and time out links.
Need2Know has information on health, relationships, facts about the law, learning and travel.
Connexions is a service for young people aged 13-19, providing support and information on learning, careers, health, relationships, money and lots more.

You can visit DeafOK.com for information, news and eventsHIYPE! is a website for deaf and hearing impaired young people who are in work or are students. It has information on studying, job hunting, volunteering, message boards, clubs.
Deaf4Life has deaf school chat, and information and chat on events, technology, sport, computer games, and much more.
