Sometimes there may be things that worry you that you don't want to tell your family or friends about. Maybe you are embarrassed or you think someone might laugh at you. There are lots of people and organisations that can help.

It is important that you remember to surf safely all the time. If you are not sure about a website you have found then ask an adult.

The website Worriedneed2talk has information on what do if you are worried about something or someone. It gives you information on what you can do and who you can ask for help.

Youth Zone is a streetwise guide to bullying from the Metropolitan police. It has information on how to recognise bullying, how to cope with bullies and what you can do to help someone else who is being bullied.

Childline has a free 24 hour helpline for children and young people. You can call about any problem, any time. Your call is confidential, which means that they won't tell anyone about your call, unless you want them to, or unless you are in danger. There is information on calling childline on their website. 

There4me   is for 12 –16 year olds living in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. There is a 1-2-1 service where you can log on and talk to an NSPCC web advisor online. You can also contact the NSPCC directly. NSPCC is a child protection organisation. You can call their helpline, or email an NSPCC advisor.
Sign is the national society for mental health and deafness. They provide advocacy, outreach and care.
