There are exciting ways you can volunteer for us with deaf children, young people and their families to suit your skills and interests. Some of these opportunities are available across the UK and could be local to you.

Role: Office Supporter Volunteer(London-Community Fundraising Team)

Location: London office (near Old Street station) 

Office volunteer needed at our London office to research and contact organisations who might be interested in our work. The type of organisations the volunteer will contact are: faith groups, WI, businesses, schools, universities, etc. This role suits volunteers who:   

-live in London

-enjoy research work

-are computer literate

-are confident communicating with people by phone or email

-enjoy volunteering in an office environment  

-are free to volunteer for a day a week

Role: Presenter (Community Support Volunteer)

Location: Wales, West Midlands, East of England, East Midlands   

We are looking for deaf or hearing volunteers to help deliver deaf awareness workshops and presentations in local schools and community groups. We particularly need presenters on our Roadshow. 

If you are over 18 years old, are free during school hours, and occasional evenings or weekends and are passionate about deaf awareness, then this is the role for you.
