NDCS Cymru recently published data which demonstrated an unacceptable gap in the educational attainment of deaf children in Wales, at every key stage. As a response, the Welsh Assembly Government is funding 3 conferences to raise deaf awareness in mainstream schools throughout the principality, organised by NDCS Cymru.
