Supporting the language and communication of deaf children with English as an Additional Language

Deaf children who are new to the UK and do not speak English as their first language are likely to face more challenges than hearing children who are EAL learners. This pilot workshop will set out these challenges and outline some strategies to address them. You’ll leave the workshop with new ideas and approaches to ensure the best possible outcomes.
