Information and Advice for deaf young people 12 – 18 years

It is important young people get the right support when they need it and knowing where to access information and advice is a great start.

A new information and advice resource has been created for young people 12 – 18 years with helpful websites on education, employment, housing, social benefits, health, relationships and general information. Please do share with any young people or families that you think would benefit from the resource which can be found here.

We have made a number of additions to the Information and Advice section on the Buzz. There's information about school and support, and where to go if deaf young people have issues. For those older deaf young people, the section on work is also useful. We also have a section with advice in BSL.

For those keen on Science, have a look at these creative websites.

If you do come across websites that you think will be interesting and are accessible to deaf young people, then please do contact us at buzz@ndcs.org.uk
