About the event
Do you have a deaf child between the ages of 2 and 4? If yes, then this event may be for you.
NDCS is inviting all families with deaf children who are pre-school age to join us on this one day event to learn more about how to support your deaf child with their communication and the technology available to support them in and outside of school.
Topics on the day will include:
- Language for learning and play: Ideas to support your deaf child's communication
- Accessing technology: What is available?
Lunch, refreshments and communication support will be provided.
During the day your children will be cared for by a mobile crèche company and will take part in a range of activities.
This is a NDCS event that hearing family may attend.
