List of Deaf-friendly youth organisations

We have teamed up with a number of youth organisations to promote deaf-friendly activities, take a look at those involved below.

Scouts

In partnership with the Scouting Association, we have produced a 'Deaf Friendly Scout Guide'. This will be available to all Scout leaders to given them the information they need to work effectively with young deaf people in their local groups.

The Rugby Football Union is the national governing body for rugby union in England and supports participants and fans from the grassroots to the national team.

The Woodcraft Folk

The Woodcraft Folk are a unique progressive educational movement for children and young people – both girls and boys - designed to develop self-confidence and activity in society, with the aim of building a world based on equality, peace, social justice and co-operation.

The Hull Kung Fu Organisation offer inclusive kung fu for children and young people of all ages and all abilities.
