Take part in Squat Your Socks Off this October and help raise money to transform the lives of deaf children.

Where: Anywhere you like

When: October 2024

Duration: 31 days

Number of squats: 80 a day

Registration fee: Free

Each squat will help bring us closer to a world without barriers for deaf children. It’s also a brilliant opportunity to get active and it's something you can do by yourself or with others!

Join the challenge on Facebook

We’ve set up a group on Facebook so you can be part of a friendly, supportive community. In the group we’ll be sharing useful tips and ideas to help everyone smash their fundraising target.

How to get started:

  1. Join our Facebook group and register for the challenge by tapping the link in the group description or in the featured post.
  2. Create a Facebook fundraising page (it’s the easiest way to raise money) and share it with your friends and family.

Other ways to take part

If you don’t use Facebook, or would prefer not to join the Facebook group, you can still take part.

Fill out our online registration form, then either:

We'll provide you with

  • a pair of fabulous National Deaf Children’s Society socks once you've reached £50 or more in fundraising
  • support and encouragement from our Facebook group – we're in this together!
