Communication Professional

Communication Professionals volunteer at our family events to:

  • deliver presentation to families of deaf children and young people about their deaf child’s early communication development
  • answer questions from families who attend our Family Programme events using their professional expertise

You can volunteer as a Communication Professional if you: 

  • are aged 18 years or over
  • are a qualified Speech and Language Therapist or Auditory Verbal Therapist
  • regularly work with young children
