Support deaf children on activity events

Our Youth Support Volunteers help create a safe and deaf-friendly environment for deaf children and young people so they feel confident to try something new, meet other deaf children and deaf role models, and improve their communication skills – whether with speech, sign or a mixture of both.

As a Youth Support Volunteer you can:

  • help at events throughout the year and across the UK
  • volunteer with us at day, weekend and residential events, including during the school holidays

You don’t need to volunteer at a regular time each week or month, but you will need to love working with children and young people!

For a list of our upcoming events, please have a look at our events page.
