Group Supporter

Group Supporters support deaf children and young people on our activity events by:

  • welcoming children and families as they arrive
  • supervising groups of children and young people during activities and free time
  • acting as a positive deaf role model
  • encouraging deaf children and young people with different communication methods to make friends

You can be a Group Supporter if you:

  • are aged 18 years or over
  • are deaf
  • are willing to get involved in activities to encourage deaf children and young people to participate
