Alarm clocks

Vibrating alarm clocks offer a different wake up call to start your day. Instead of an alarm sounding, a vibrating pad placed under your pillow will let you or your deaf child know that it's time to get up! Most vibrating alarm clocks can be set to have lights flash in addition to vibrations.  Read more about how vibrating alarm clocks can help you or your deaf child here.

Alarm clocks that plug into a power socket

Here we list alarm clocks that need to be plugged in. They are not so easy to carry around, but the upside is that they often have very strong vibrating pads.

Portable alarm clocks

These alarm clocks are easy to carry around. They make it easier to go to sleepovers, festivals or holidays without having to rely on others for waking up. They use batteries or are rechargeable.
