Alarms and alerting

Many families wonder how their deaf child(ren) will wake up on time on time each morning if they cannot hear an alarm clock sound, or how they will know if someone is at the front door if they cannot hear the doorbell ring.

This section will give you information on alarm clocks and alerting products that can help deaf children and young people take control of their day and feel confident at home by using louder sounds, strong vibrations and bright lights.

The products in this section are available to try free of charge through our loan service. Find out more about how you can get technology.
