Stolen Futures

Photo: Stolen Futures campaign event in Westminster

This year, over one-third of councils in England are cutting funding for deaf children by £4million.

Is your local council cutting services for deaf children? Check out our interactive map below.

How do I use the map?

Click on your local area to find out what we know about education services for deaf children there. You may need to zoom in to see your local council. Each council has been colour-coded to reflect their situation:

Yellow: We are campaigning against cuts
Bright Blue: The Council is reviewing their services for deaf children.
Purple: The Council's budget has either stayed the same or increased.
Dark Blue: We need to find out more information.

Tell us about your local services

If you have any further insights you can share with us about these services, we'd love to hear from you. Email us at campaigns@ndcs.org.uk
