Hi, my son has been referred for testing for possible auditory processing disorder, wondered if anyone has been through this and could please tell me what to expect. Also, if it is auditory processing disorder what can be done to help?? Thanks

Thanks for starting this thread. I'm sorry you've not had any comments yet - the community is still quite new.

If you haven't alread you may find it useful to have a look at our webpage on APD, which links to further information and support.

There’s also a Facebook group for the organisation APDUK (Auditory Processing Disorder in the UK).

Best wishes
