My daughter is only 12 weeks old but is profoundly deaf in both ears. We also live in Nottingham and are keen to meet other babies/parents in the local area!

Thank you for starting this thread. I am sorry that you have not had any suggestions yet. Your Community is still relatively new and we are still building up our members. It may be we do not have many members in your area yet. 

My son started attending activities arranged by a deaf society and teachers of the deaf when he was a toddler years ago.  It was a great opportunity for us to meet other deaf children and their families to share our experience and support each other.

There is a Nottinghamshire Deaf Children's Society and you can find their details here: http://www.nottsdcs.org/.

You could also check with your child's Teacher of the Deaf if there is one as they may be able to recommend local parent-toddler groups where you could meet other parents of deaf children. Many of these are still running online at the moment.
