Check if we have fundraisers in your area

To check that the fundraisers you spoke to were legitimate, please check our fundraiser locations for this week.

If you can’t see your location listed, please contact our Supporter Care team. So we can check who you spoke to, please tell us if the fundraisers came to your door or if they were on the street as well as a postcode of your address or the nearest location.

If you had a good experience with a fundraiser and want to share it, we would love to hear from you.

If you would like to give positive feedback about our work or services, please contact the relevant team directly or call 020 7490 8656 (9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday), or email [email protected].

For all non-fundraising related complaints, please read our Complaints Policy and complain directly to the team who you have been speaking with. If you do not have their details, or prefer not to go direct, you can contact us by calling 020 7490 8656 (9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday) or emailing us [email protected].
