Sign With Fingers
We've partnered with Cadbury Fingers to encourage more people to get chatting in British Sign Language (BSL). We’re also sharing deaf awareness tips to show how to include every deaf person in the conversation, however they communicate.
As part of the campaign, Cadbury is contributing to our Family Sign Language courses. This helps deaf children and their families to communicate in their everyday life.
Find out more about our work
The National Deaf Children’s Society is the UK’s leading childhood deafness charity. We give expert support on childhood deafness, raise awareness and campaign for deaf children’s rights, so they have the same opportunities as everyone else.
We’re here for every deaf child who needs us, no matter what their level or type of deafness or how they communicate. There are more than 50,000 deaf children in the UK and they communicate in different ways, including speaking, using sign language or a mixture of both.
