Recruitment support

We strive to make our recruitment process fully accessible to all applicants, especially those with a disability or long term physical or mental health condition.

We’ll help you to complete the application and support you throughout the process.

Reasonable adjustments

We recognise that everyone is unique and may have particular needs during the recruitment process.

We provide support for applicants:

  • Who are deaf or hard or hearing by providing interpreters, palantypists, technology solutions and/or interview questions in writing.
  • With visual impairment by providing assistive technology and alternative print.
  • With conditions that affect mobility and dexterity by providing an accessible building.
  • With neurodiversity, such as autism and dyslexia, as well as mental ill health, by providing tailored support.

The above list is not exhaustive and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your specific needs with you.

You can find more information about reasonable adjustments on the GOV.UK website.
