Refer a family or deaf young person you work with to the National Deaf Children's Society.
How we'll make contact
Fill out the form, and we will contact them within 3 working days. If we don't reach them, we will try 2 more times over 2 weeks. We will keep you updated on the referral's progress.
In the form, let us know how the family or young person prefers to be contacted:
- phone
- text (SMS)
- British Sign Language (BSL) video call
- interpreters for non-English speakers

Topics related to childhood deafness, including:
- diagnosis and working with health professionals
- education (from early years to higher education)
- financial support and disability benefits
- communication options
- technology
- disability discrimination
- finding local support
Find out more about ways we support families.
What we can't help with
- deaf adults over 25
- hearing children with deaf parents
- housing or immigration issues
- deaf children and young people outside the UK
- Auditory Processing Disorder (APD)
