Check if we have fundraisers in your area
To check that the fundraisers you spoke to were legitimate, please check our fundraiser locations for this week.
If you can’t see your location listed, please contact our Supporter Care team. So we can check who you spoke to, please tell us if the fundraisers came to your door or if they were on the street as well as a postcode of your address or the nearest location.
If you would like to make a complaint about your experience with us or an individual fundraiser, please see our complaints policy and contact our Supporter Care team. When making your complaint, please provide us with:
- the location of the incident you would like to report
- a description of the fundraiser(s) you spoke to
- anything that can help us identify the fundraiser(s) so that we can address your feedback with them directly.
If you had a good experience with a fundraiser and want to share it, we would love to hear from you.
