Want to ask a question? Looking for advice or support?

Our Helpline is here to help. We give free independent information and advice on deaf related issues for children and young people aged 0-25.

We can refer you to our free support services, if you need extra help.

We also give information and guidance to professionals working with deaf children and young people.

You can call our Supporter Care team at 0800 138 6585, use our contact form, or email us at support@ndcs.org.uk. In order for us to action your request as promptly as possible, it would be useful if you could provide us with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Your full postal address and post code
  • Your supporter reference number if held

I would like to find out if you had fundraisers in my area

If you would like to make sure that the fundraisers you spoke to were legitimate, there are two ways you can find out:

  • Visit our “Where we are working” page, which will let you know where are fundraisers are this week.
  • If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please contact our Supporter Care team. In order to look into this for you, we will need to know if you met the fundraisers at your door or in the street as well as the post code.

I would like to make a complaint about fundraising

If you would like to make a complaint about your experience with NDCS or an individual fundraiser, it would be useful to us if you could provide us the following details:

  • The location of the incident you would like to report
  • A description of the fundraiser(s) you spoke to. Anything that can help us identify the fundraiser(s) so that we can address your feedback with them directly.
