You can get in touch with our Helpline on 0808 800 8880. We give free independent information and advice on deaf-related issues for parents, carers, families, and deaf children and young people.
We can refer you to our free support services if you need extra help.
Our Helpline also gives information and guidance to professionals working with deaf children and young people.

To check that the fundraisers you spoke to were legitimate, please check our fundraiser locations for this week.
If you can’t see your location listed, please contact our Supporter Care team. So we can check who you spoke to, please tell us if the fundraisers came to your door or if they were on the street as well as a postcode of your address or the nearest location.
If you had a good experience with a fundraiser and want to share it, we would love to hear from you.
