SW Every Deaf Child Matters 2014 conference report now available

The South West Every Deaf Child Matters 2014: All Ages, All Stages and the Spectrum of Need Conference Report is now online.

The 2014 South West Every Deaf Child Matters Conference, held on 8 July in Exeter was a great success. The steering group hopes that delegates found it an interesting, enjoyable and useful event.

Every year the steering group produces a report after the conference to help share the learning from the event with a wider audience. The 2014 Conference Report is now available to download from the SWEDCM website, along with presentations from the event. You can find the conference report and the presentations here.

This short report is for all professionals working with deaf children and young people. Please do read it and share it with your colleagues and networks.

The steering group apologises that there is not yet a BSL translation of the report. They had hoped to make this available at the same time, however the extremely limited funds have not made this possible. They are still committed to producing the report in BSL and will do so as soon as the funds are available.

Save the date!

The 5th annual SW EDCM Conference will be held on Tuesday 7 July 2015 at the Rougemont Hotel in Exeter.
