Support For Parents
The Deaf Works Everywhere campaign is here to help your child transition into the world of work.
As a parent or carer, you understand that your deaf child will face barriers when starting their career. But that shouldn’t stop them dreaming big. We aim to educate you, so that you can support your child to achieve their goals.
Here you will find essential information, hints and tips for your child to get into work. This will empower you to support your child in the best possible way. All so that they can make important decisions in their life. The ones needed to accomplish their career goals.
You will also find stories of deaf professionals and the challenges they’ve faced and they tell us how they overcame them to achieve amazing things. Share these with your children to help inspire them.
