Keeping Your Community safe
Our moderators are here to support the community and make sure it’s a welcoming and safe space for everyone.
Once you’re registered and logged in you can start connecting with other families straight away. New threads and comments go live automatically. Before posting please read our community guidelines and follow these at all times.
We review all new threads and comments throughout the day and evening, seven days a week. As they go live automatically there may be times when you see something before we do. If you spot something that doesn’t follow the community guidelines please click the report button to alert us.
We will remove any threads or comments that break the community guidelines. Members will be notified if their post has been removed and the reason explained.
Your community moderator team will have the final decision on whether or not to remove a post. This is part of our role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for members.
