Our Family

Every deaf child is unique, and every family of a deaf child is unique too. Having a deaf child in the family can lead to different feelings for different family members, and no two families will react in the same way. Bess (8) is profoundly deaf and has two hearing sisters. Watch their videos to find out about how Bess and each member of her family feel about deafness, the challenges they've faced and the barriers they've overcome together.
