Training Courses Terms and Conditions

Giving your place to a friend or colleague

If you are no longer able to attend a training event, you are able to nominate a friend or colleague to take your place. You must notify us in advance, at least 3 days before the workshop takes place via [email protected].


Cancelling a booking for a face to face event 

If you are unable to attend and need to cancel your place on one of our face to face events, please contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be available as below.

If you cancel:

  • 10 working days or less before the planned date, you will be charged 100% of the total cost
  • 11 to 20 working days or less before the planned date, you will be charged 50% of the total
  • 21 working days or more before the planned date, you will not be charged. 


Cancelling a booking for an online event

If you are unable to attend and need to cancel your place on one of our online events, please contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be available as below.

If you cancel:

  • 7 working days or less before the planned date, you will be charged 100% of the total cost
  • 8-14 working days before the planned date, you will be charged 50% of the total cost
  • 15 working days before the planned date, you will not be charged.

Please note, if you cancel your place you will be cancelling all workshops for that online event. Cancellations and refunds are not available for individual workshops.
