Unilateral deafness

Deafness in one ear. Also known as unilateral deafness, unilateral hearing loss, single-sided hearing loss or single-sided deafness.

Upper Tribunal

If you do not agree with the Disability Appeal Tribunal (First Tier) decision on your Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) claim, you may be able to appeal to the Upper Tribunal on a point of law.
