Parent Support Group toolkit
Deaf Child Worldwide's partners have supported Parent Support Groups in many different countries.
That is because parent support groups help families in a number of different ways. They allow parents new to deafness to learn more about their children's development. Parents of deaf children can also share their struggles and joys and learn from each other in a group. The parents' group can work collectively to ensure that children can access their rights and other opportunities.
