Are you a swimming teacher or coach who works deaf children and young people? Do you want ideas to help make all of your activities inclusive?
Our workshops support swimming teachers and coaches to communicate with deaf young people and fully include them in swimming activities.
Instructors and coaches will learn how to make small and simple changes to make activities deaf-friendly and develop confidence communicating with deaf children and young people.
Instructors will also have the opportunity to learn some basic greeting and water sport specific signs from British Sign Language.
